From the tedium of Covid restrictions a vocal harmony group was born to keep RMS members occupied and sane!

The group was initially named @HomeHarmonies to reflect its foundation and Music Director Colin Sloan taught and rehearsed 4-part arrangements of Rock and Popular music weekly on Zoom. Every 3 weeks members submitted voice recordings and finished digital arrangements were produced by Colin.

When restrictions were lifted rehearsals started taking place in person and moved to two nights per week.

RMS singers are now a well established and much sought after vocal harmony group with a significant performance repertoire. The group rehearse twice weekly and have performed extensively in concert and events in Fingal. RMS have taken part in choral festivals in Ireland and in August 2024 made their international debut at the Praha Music Festival in Prague, where they were acclaimed as the Festival highlight.
